Terms of Service
1. Objective
The objective of this Terms of Service Policy (TOS Policy) is for InGame Limited (Provider) to provide the user (User) that utilises Applications (the App) published by us, the terms of service in respect of the App on platforms including webpages, Facebook pages, the Apple AppStore and the Google Play Store. By using the App, you agree to the Terms of Service. If you do NOT accept these terms, do NOT use the App.
2. Service
3.1 Service Usage. InGame offers the user the usage of the App without charge. The App is intended for entertainment and education purposes only.
3.2 Delivery. InGame does not guarantee the availability of the App to the user or the safety of any system connected to its network. This includes for example, but is nor limited to, virus and hacker activities.
3.3 Service Interruption. From time to time, the provider may interrupt the service for operational reasons, determined in the sole discretion of the provider. The user releases and agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the provider from and against any and all claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages arising in connection with such interruptions.
3.4 Use of the service is at the sole risk of the user.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 User is solely responsible for the safety of their hardware, software and data in connection with usage of the App.
4.2 User is liable for their actions in connection with usage of the App.
4.3 The User is not permitted to:
4.3.1 Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations
4.3.2 Use the App with any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, inflammatory, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable and content for which the user does not have a legal right to.
4.3.3 Respect the intellectual property of the Provider and all content featured in the App, being copyrighted material, trademarks and related proprietary information. This includes, but is not limited to text, images, software, photo, video, graphics and sound.
4.3.4 Use the App with any content that infringes any intellectual property of another party.
4.3.5 Use the App for a commercial purpose, for example, without limitation, such as generating revenue, advertising or affiliate.
4.3.6 Interfere with the delivery of the App, including the provider, host, network.
4.3.7 Modify, test, decompile, disassemble, copy, or change the App in anyway.
5. Non Liability
The Provider is not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary) in connection with the App.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which InGame Limited collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a User) of our websites (Site) and iOS or Android apps (App). This privacy policy applies to the Site and App offered by InGame Limited.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways in connection with activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

InGame Limited may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

- To improve the App
- To evaluate the educational purposes of the App

Sharing your personal information
InGame will not sell, trade, or rent User’s personal identification information to any other entities. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.
Advertising
Ads appearing on our Site or in our App may be delivered to Users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile non personal identification information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This privacy policy does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

InGame Limited has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
